The Complex Chronic Conditions Study Group is a multidisciplinary network of New Zealand health professionals, academics, researchers, health sciences students, and representatives of support and advocacy organisations. We bring together people from across the health system and the community who share a commitment to better understanding and better care for people living with complex chronic conditions.

When you become a member, you will join our mailing list, have access to our clinical resources library, and have the option of joining our health professionals' online forum.

We also host an annual symposium and educational webinars, and have a periodic bulletin.

Membership is free, and open to all New Zealand:

• Health professionals

• Academics and researchers

• Health science students

• Formal representatives of health, advocacy and support organisations
